1. Definitions

• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered on eligible games before they may be withdrawn as real-money PKR.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process cp999 applies before processing withdrawal requests, pursuant to responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering obligations.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning given in Section 8 of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the cp999 Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

If you are accessing cp999 on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these terms. cp999 does not knowingly accept registrations from persons who do not have this authority.

These Terms & Conditions supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between you and cp999 in relation to the subject matter of this agreement.

3. Account Registration

To use the real-money features of the cp999 Platform, you must register a Player Account. When registering, you agree to:

• Maintain the accuracy of this information and promptly update it if any detail changes.

• Register only one (1) Account per person. Multiple accounts registered to the same individual, IP address, device, household, or payment method are prohibited.

cp999 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that a registration violates these Terms & Conditions. Registrations from persons located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not accepted.

4. Age Verification — 18+ Strictly Enforced

Upon requesting a withdrawal for the first time, or at any time cp999 deems appropriate, you will be required to provide one or more of the following identity documents issued by a Pakistani authority:

• Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) issued by NADRA.
• Pakistani Passport.
• National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP).

Failure to provide satisfactory identity documentation within the timeframe specified by cp999 will result in suspension of withdrawal access until verification is complete. cp999 may also request additional proof of address or payment method ownership as part of the KYC process.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

cp999 accepts PKR deposits and processes PKR withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Pakistan players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast instant bank transfer, HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and USDT BEP20. Payment method availability may vary from time to time at cp999's discretion.

5.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit on the cp999 Platform is 1,000 PKR. There is no upper deposit limit for standard players, though cp999 may apply transaction limits at its discretion for responsible gaming or operational reasons. Deposits made via Easypaisa and JazzCash credit to your Account Balance in real time. Raast and bank transfer deposits typically credit within one to three minutes, subject to interbank processing times outside cp999's control.

5.3 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal is 2,000 PKR. All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification as described in Section 4. cp999 aims to process approved withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash within 15 minutes of approval. Raast and bank transfer withdrawals are typically completed within one business day. cp999 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

cp999 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal and to delay payment pending fraud review. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit into the same Account, subject to verification.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

cp999 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible Pakistan players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, plus any specific terms stated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are credited to the Bonus Funds wallet, separate from real-money Balance, and are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering Requirements must be met within the validity period stated for the specific promotion. Uncompleted bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.
• cp999 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.
• Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times or using low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk — will have their bonus and any associated winnings voided and may have their Account closed.
• Bonuses are only available to players who have not opted out of marketing communications, unless the bonus has been claimed through a direct promotional link.

7. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games on the cp999 Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems sourced from verified third-party game providers. cp999 does not control the RNG outcomes of third-party games and is not liable for the results of individual game rounds, subject to the limitations in Section 11.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including server disconnection, power failure, or software error — cp999's records of the game state at the time of the malfunction will be used to determine the outcome. Where a game round cannot be completed or verified, the wager amount will be returned to the Player's Balance. Any winnings generated by a demonstrably faulty game state will be voided.

cp999 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the odds were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure, regardless of whether the bet was accepted by the platform.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities constitute Prohibited Conduct on the cp999 Platform and are strictly forbidden:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, interact with games, or access account features.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker or live dealer games.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or glitches in the cp999 Platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes through the cp999 Platform.
• Providing false identity information, including misrepresenting your age, name, or Pakistan address.
• Accessing the cp999 Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the cp999 Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing cp999 staff, customer support agents, or other players.

Detection of Prohibited Conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of the Account Balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

cp999 may suspend or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances: breach of these Terms & Conditions, detection of Prohibited Conduct, failure to complete KYC verification, reasonable suspicion of fraud or money laundering, or at the Player's own request via the self-exclusion tool.

Where an Account is closed due to a Player's own request through the self-exclusion process, cp999 will return any remaining real-money Balance to the Player's verified payment method after deducting any outstanding bonus amounts that have not met their Wagering Requirement. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, cp999 reserves the right to retain the Balance as compensation for losses suffered by cp999 as a result of the breach, without prejudice to any other legal remedies available.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the cp999 Platform — including but not limited to game content, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, software, and the overall design and structure of the website — is the property of cp999 or its third-party licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the cp999 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the cp999 Platform without prior written authorisation from cp999.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cp999 excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the cp999 Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if cp999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

cp999's total aggregate liability to any Player for any direct loss arising from use of the cp999 Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12. Privacy and Data

cp999 collects, stores, and processes personal data from Pakistan players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at cp999.games/privacy-policy. 13. Responsible Gaming
